Common Deed Restrictions

  1. Lots must be kept in sanitary and attractive conditions. This includes the front and rear lawn being mowed and edged, as well as all bushes, trees, and/or shrubs kept trimmed and neat. Flower beds must be free of weeds and grass, and any dead vegetation replaced. If these items are not maintained the HOA has the right to hire services at the homeowners cost to ensure compliance with HOA regulations
  2. All improvement and/or construction projects (landscaping, painting, outbuilding construction, fence construction or alteration, etc.) must be submitted to the Architectural Review Board for approval and may not commence until written approval is received.
  3. No rubbish, trash, or debris may be stored in sight of the roadway
  4. Only common household pets (dogs, cats, birds, fish) are permitted
  5. Pets must be leashed at all times in any unfenced area of the Community
  6.  Trash cans must be removed from the street within 24 hours of pickup

HOA Assessments

Homeowners’ Association Assessments of $200.00 are due annually in January. Assessments can be paid via the online portal or by check or money order.
