Monica McCoy is a Keller Williams agent working in the North Dallas region, my wife and I began communicating with her prior to relocating to Texas from California. As communication is paramount when conducting business and a home will likely be the most expensive business transaction a family/person will ever make, the constant communication from a real estate professional who is familiar with the buying process, the area, local state/city requirements, and what is needed for a seamless home purchasing experience is an advantage to first time home buyers as well as experienced home purchasers. I would like to add that when I speak of impeccable communication I am not just speaking of interactions between Monica, my wife, and myself, but also with selling agents, perspective mortgage lenders, and the title company, she is constantly working representing her client’s best interests.
